1. You Host, I Cook

Invite your guests and get ready to celebrate. I’ll arrive about three hours before your event to finish cooking & make fresh tortillas by hand & decorate your table (Please note: I don’t provide tables or chairs)

2. We Wait for Everyone to arrive

Once your guests start showing up, we take about 30 minutes to let everyone settle in.

3. Hands On Experience

Then we begin making tortillas, grinding salsa in the molcajete, and as we cook together, I share stories and traditions behind the foods native to Mexico along with the ingredients, their roots, and the meaning they carry.

(This interactive tortilla and salsa making portion usually takes about 30 minutes. This tortilla making session is optional you and totally up to you!)

4. Time to Eat

Everyone takes their seat, and I start serving. You relax & enjoy the meal.

The full dinner experience lasts about 3 to 4 hours, not including setup.
